You always need a Platform subscription. With your platform subscription, you can manage your CRM and data year-round. When you are ready to launch a fair, you purchase a one-time Event License which unlocks the registration and booth management tools for that specific project.

You can upgrade your license at any time by paying the difference, or pay a small overage fee per additional exhibitor.
