How is an event priced?

From the edition you are planning: how many exhibitors you expect, which modules you switch on, whether you want on-site hardware, and how much onboarding you need. You tell us the shape of your fair and you get a price for it.

Do we have to sign up for a platform subscription?

No. Start with one event. If you end up running several a year, a yearly agreement is usually the better deal, and you can move to one whenever it makes sense.

We run several events. Is each one quoted separately?

By default yes: each event is its own licence, so you pay only for the ones you actually run. Organizers with a full calendar, or several entities under one umbrella, can put them all in one yearly agreement instead: one contract, one exhibitor CRM across every edition.

What happens at the next edition?

We quote it again from the size it is going to be, so a year you run smaller costs less. Your exhibitor CRM, floor plans and history stay where they are and carry into the new edition.

Do you take a commission on my revenue?

Never. Booth fees, sponsoring and everything else you charge is 100% yours. What you pay us is agreed up front for the event. We do not touch your revenue.

Is Konvio free for my exhibitors?

Yes. Participation costs your exhibitors nothing. They accept your invitation and use the platform at no charge. Optional paid extras may exist, but only if you as the organizer offer them.

What does onboarding include?

Personal training sessions, data migration from your spreadsheets, and a guided go-live. How much of it you want is part of the quote. It is how your first event ships fast instead of stalling.

How fast are we live?

Most organizers are live within two to three weeks of agreeing terms, including training and data migration. If your doors open sooner than that, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

What does Konvio replace?

The usual stack: a point tool for exhibitor registration, separate floor-plan software, a CRM and invoicing tooling. Bought separately those add up, and none of them approves exhibitor collateral.

An event licence runs for that event, so there is nothing to cancel: you simply do not book the next one. A yearly agreement runs per billing period and can be cancelled with 14 days' notice to the end of it; details are in our Terms. Your data export is available at any time, and for 30 days after your agreement ends.

How many exhibitors you host

The largest single lever. You are quoted for the edition you are planning, not for a tier you have to grow into.
Which modules you switch on

Visitor registration, raffles, lead capture: you pay for the ones you actually use.
On-site hardware

NFC tags and footfall counting are supplied per event, so they reach the quote only when you want them.
