Konvio is a "Company of One," built and maintained by a sole proprietor based in Austria. When you choose Konvio, you aren't hiring a faceless corporation; you are partnering directly with the developer and founder behind the platform.
My goal is to provide a B2B solution that is as reliable as a large enterprise tool, but with the personal attention and agility that only a specialized, owner-operated business can offer.
The Intersection of Code and Logistics
I didn't just decide to build event software; I lived the problems first.
I have been a sole proprietor since 2014, but my technical roots go deep, developing Android apps since 2011 and modern web applications since 2016. However, code is only half the story.
For over a decade, I have been a volunteer at TECONOMY Graz, Austria's second-largest career fair, serving several times in the Core Organizing Team. Having helped organize over 20 career fairs across different organizations since 2014, I understand the stress of deadline days, the complexity of booth allocation, and the necessity of smooth data flows.
Konvio is the result of that experience: software built by an organizer, for organizers.

As an Austrian business, I place a premium on data sovereignty. I make a conscious effort to rely exclusively on EU-located service providers to ensure maximum GDPR compliance. Your data—and your participants' data—stays where it belongs and will never be sold to third parties.
